A Commerce Graduate from Bombay University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1984 having more than 30 years multifarious experience in Mumbai and Ahmedabad as Auditor/ Accountant / Tax Advisor/Consultant/ Business Planner to Corporates / Firms/ Banks/ NGOs/HNIs/NRIs. During  this  long  tenure , he has catered to a wide array of clients belonging to different industries.In the intial years he has worked in Mumbai  with multinational firms such as Love,Lock & Lewes (PwC) and P.C.Hansotia & Co.( Deloitte)  He is assisted by an experienced team of professionals/ assistants to execute the clients work with precision and in a timely manner.

He is a Director of Pooja Projects & Infosystems Private Limited, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
